- CAR Local Compensation Plan all countries Marking Plan Template Branding Implementation Plan Template Budget Template Environmental Review and Assessment Checklist Past Performance Template Request for Proposals (RFP) for Agricultural Value Chain (AVC) Activity in Uzbekistan The Agriculture Value Chain (AVC) activity supports the U.S. Government's (USG) overall strategy for Uzbekistan and Central Asia as outlined in the Regional Development Cooperation Strategy (RDCS), the New Silk Road, and the Almaty Consensus. The activity seeks to improve livelihoods in Uzbekistan by expanding the reach of horticulture, not only through traditional, on-farm work, but also by taking advantage of off-farm opportunities throughout the value chain.
