- REPS AND CERTS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-2005-77 (October 2014) and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 339991 This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 6.203-1 and HSAM 3006.302-1. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. REQUESTED DELIVERY DATE: FEBRUARY 28, 2015. AWARD WILL BE BASED ON PRICE RELATED FACTOR. AWARD WILL BE MADE ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 17, 2014. The United States Coast Guard Surfaces Forces Logistics Center PATROL BOAT PRODUCT LINE has a requirement and requesting quotations for the following parts: LINE1: NSN: 8040 01-601-2062 REPAIR KIT, ADHESIVE PATCH SOFT PATCH KIT FOR THE BOLTED ENGINE REMOVAL PLATE (B.E.R.P) THIS PIECE OF GASKET MATERIAL IS 1/8" THICK BY 1 1/2" WIDE MATERIAL NEOPRENE RUBBER. GASKET COMES WITHOUT HOLES PUNCHED. GASKET MATERIAL CAN BE PURCHASED THRU MULTIPLE VENDORS. BOLINGER SHIPYARD IS ORIGINAL INSTALLER OF THIS SOFT PATCH GASKET WHICH HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY CHAND CORP. MFG NAME: CHAND CORPORATION PART_NBR: 87SPK CPB-1 PATCH QUANTITY: TWENTY (20) KITS EACH KIT MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED AND LABELED Delivery shall be F.O.B.
