- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation SPE4A515Q0312 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement will be posted to DIBBS. NSN 2915-01-202-6393, 0054509707, DISK, VALVE. This is a commercial item. Item is sole sourced Woodward, Inc., cage 66503. Part Number 5225-802. Unrestricted PPIRS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The quantity is 106 each. Production quantity to be delivered 190 Days ARO or best delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 11/07/2014 with a closing date of 11/17/2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
