This is sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses with special interest. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Your responses will be due by Wednesday, November 12, 2014, 4:00PM (EST) to the point of contact listed below. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, and the Durham Veteran Affair Medical Center located: 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina anticipates a Preventive Maintenance requirement for STERIS WASHER AND STERILIZER. Scope of Work - All parts provided must be OEM-new. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, chemicals and parts as required for maintaining equipment in fully operating condition. Period of Performance: January 1, 2015 thru September 30, 2015. Equipment to be serviced is as follows: 1.16 IN. CENT VAC SD STM CAB 2.16 IN. CENT VAC SD STM REC 3. 20X20X38 EII GRAV STER 4.24X36X48 EII GRAV STER 5.24X36X60 VAC,LR,R2W 6. 24 IN. GLASS DOOR WARMING CABINET, 120V, DUAL COMPARTMENT, OPEN MOUNTED 7.3085 BATTERY-POWERED 120V TABLE, I/A COMPATIBLE TABLETOP WITH 2 IN. TLT PADS AND X-RAY TOP 8. CMAX TABLE BATT/LINE CURRENT PWRD W/TLT PDS,XRAY TOP Place of Performance - all work shall be completed at: DURHAM VAMC 508 Fulton Street Durham, NC 27705-3897 Attn: BLDG 1 The appropriate NAICS Code 811219 and the small business size standard are $19.0.
