- The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for rental and laundry service of bath towels and wash cloths. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code for this requirement is 812332, the Small Business size standard is $38.5M. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR part 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation, (No. M67001-15-T-X008) will be posted on or about 10 November 2014 and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors interested in doing business with the government must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current in SAM.
