The Government intends to solicit the thirty four (34) existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders listed under Contract Requirements (CR) Area CR 05 and award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the Government considering technical capability, past performance, and price. The following Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINs) are anticipated: Change Paragraph One To: Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to solicit and award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Job Order (JO) for the production, demonstration, testing, and delivery of receiver and exciter engineering development models in support of the AN/TPS-59A(V)3 radar system.
