- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to perform year-round grounds maintenance services for the Mystic Ranger District Office and Rocky Mountain Research Station administration building and warehouses, Pennington County, SD. This includes mowing lawns, fertilizing grass, weed control, snow removal and ice treatment. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561730 with a size standard of $7.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Services will run from Notice To Proceed through October 31, 2015. This is a base year contract with four option years. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contracts must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
