- 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, GV (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC intends to solicit quotations for Maintenance, of two Ultra Clean, Ultrasonic Washers. Model numbers of each are; Model 1522 and Model 1150. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA-256-15-R-0068. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a base year contract with four one year options. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 - Other electronic and precision equipment repair and maintenance and the small business size standard is $20.5 Million. 3. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 11/25/2014, and the anticipated closing date is 12/15/2014. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 4. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Offers from all small businesses based on the small business size standard of $20.5 Million capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (811219) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations.
