- Description
- The Embassy of the United States in Moscow, Russian Federation will issue a solicitation for drapery making and installation services to be performed at the Embassy and also at its residential locations. This is an indefinite-quantity contract for the services specified and effective for the period stated in the Schedule. For each year of the contract, the U.S. Government guarantees a minimum of 800 m2 of Draperies and 100 m2 of Tulles in Moscow, Russia. The maximum amount of orders for each year of this contract is not expected to exceed 25000 m2 of Draperies, 12000 m2 of Tulles, 2500 m of Drape Holders and 250 m2 of Jalousie. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The contractor shall provide the U.S. Embassy Moscow with drapery making and installation service, to include materials, in accordance with mandatory safety requirements. Services may include the removal and disposal of old draperies, measuring windows for production of draperies, tulles, drape holders and jalousies, sewing draperies and production drape holders and jalousie, mounting drape holders and jalousie, hanging draperies and tulles, dismantling drape holders and jalousie. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation during the month of December 2014.
