- This Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) and the reference number is W52P1J- 15-R-JF01. Written proposals are required (oral offers will not be accepted). The Office of the Chief of Staff Army requires a Firm Fixed Price, Contract for 4 Each, Virtual Teleconferencing system, installation, testing, and lifecycle maintenance. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. Please see the attached Attachment 0001 Statement of Work (SOW) for further details of the requirement. Submission of proposals must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items and ADDENDUM 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. Please see the attached document, W52P1J-15-R-JF01, for complete instructions to offerors and solicitation clauses. Proposals are due by 1600 (4:00 PM Central Standard Time), on 12 NOV 2014. All proposals are to be submitted electronically to the following email address: john.g.fotos.civ@mail.mil. Email is the only acceptable method for receiving proposals in regards to this RFP. Questions may be to John Fotos at (309) 782-0939 or addressed electronically to the following email address: john.g.fotos.civ@mail.mil. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334310 -- Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and the related size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is set aside for small business. This amendment corrects the description to state that the government is seeking 4 systems at the Pentagon. Washington D.C. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. This amendment adds a second round of questions and answers. Extensions to this solicitation closing date will not be granted.
