- SOLICITATION INCLUDES A 'CONTENT OF BID PACKAGE' SECTION WHICH LISTS THE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED WITH OFFER. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD), 601 East 12th Street, Room 1756, Kansas City, Missouri 64106. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Weather Service is in need of janitorial services (Base plus 4 option years) at the Weather Forecast Office in Rapid City, SD. The facility has 5600 square feet of cleanable space (approximately 25% carpet, 75% tile), 18 windows and 24 employees. This facility is in operation 24/7. In accordance with the attached Request For Quote. Department of Labor wage rates are applicable to this requirement and can be obtained at http://www.wdol.gov/ or upon request for the Rapid City, SD., Pennington County. Any business capable of completing these services is encouraged to respond to this announcement. The NAICS code for this action is 561720. Business size standard not to exceed $18.0M. This support service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 12 Commercial Items.
