- The Government is interested in leasing between 6,650 - 7,650 SF of existing office space and 36 parking spaces for a dispatch center in Redmond, Oregon. A concrete pad for a 100' telecommunication tower, permissible by the FAA is needed next to the building and the site must be easily accessible for large transport vehicles (18'wheelers). The Government is interested in a location within the City of Redmond. The space is needed to support operational efficiency for shared fire operation services that currently exist on the Redmond Municipal Airport. These services include mobilization of 20-person crews, engines, bull-dozers, resources and equipment, as well as aircraft. Immediate visual proximity to the airport runways is optimal when dispatching Airtanker planes, Smokejumper crews and other resources. An onsite airport location is preferred as it provides the greatest efficiency for managing fire operations. The Government may consider a less preferred location off site of the Redmond Municipal Airport if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor is this a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. Expressions of Interest must include the following information: 1. Building address 2. Location of available space within the building 3. Rentable square feet available 4. Availability of space to accommodate telecommunication tower 5. Availability of space to meet parking requirements 6. Identification of safe site access for accommodation of semi- trucks 7.
