- In the Q&A Set1.doc, Answer 3 clarified that the Government wants a 15 day Phase-in. Attach09Rev1 does not include a pricing period for the phase-in. Question: 1. Could the government clarify if the 15 day phase-in hours are considered part of the 13,440 hour maximum? Answer: No Question: 2. Where should the 15 day phase-in costs be placed within Attach09Rev1? Answer: They should be included in the OverHead costs
