- Description
- Amendment 4 is being issued to extend the response due date from to 12:00 p.m. MT, Friday, November 7, 2014 to 8:00 a.m. MT, Thursday, November 13, 2014. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Perform underwater inspection of the interior of the intake structure from the top of the intake structure to the fixed wheel gate (FWG) utilizing a remote operated vehicle (ROV) in accordance with the performance work statement and the attached specifications and drawings. Inspection will include high definition video (1080p) of the entire interior of the intake structure and sonar imaging capabilities to capture dimensions of critical areas of the intake structure. The objective is to completely and thoroughly document the condition of the trash rack structure, the face of hemispherical intake bulkhead, the condition of the interior concrete in the conduit and areas of any damage, the condition and dimensions of the hemispherical bulkhead seat surface, and the condition of the upstream face of the FWG. The inspection will include very detailed documentation of any observed damage or other abnormalities detected during the inspection. Footage from the video inspection will be used by Reclamation to generate a photogrammetric 3D model of the tunnel interior.
