- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of performing HVAC repair in the Engineering Shop Building at U. S. Coast Guard Station Crisfield, MD. Major work items include: Provide heat and air conditioning to attic space; Remove all batt insulation above ceiling, provide spray-on foam insulation and fireproofing to inside of attic pitched room, relocate existing fan coil unit, remove soffit and ridge vent, relocate existing fan coil unit; and, Insulate soffit and provide batt insulation. The procurement estimate is between $100K and $250K. The NAICS for this project is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0M. At a minimum, the prime contractor will be required to perform 25 percent of the cost of the contract with its own employees (not including cost of materials). Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland no later than November 14, 2014.
