- ***Under "General Information" on this notice, the "Set Aside competitive 8a" is an error and should read "Unrestricted"*** DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted Request For Proposal (RFP) for the acquistion of one NSN, 4140-01-413-8961 (Fan, Centrifugal), under solicitation number SPE8E7-15-R-0003. Approved source of supply: Gardner Denver Inc. (3FMB4), P/N 7023 Vendors who wish to submit an alternate offer MUST submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package with their proposal. Solicitation period will be 30 days; the Request For Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) AFTER November 19, 2014. It willbe for a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for a quantity of 15 each to include a 25%, 50%, or 75% quantity option. The required delivery schedule is 225 days ADO. Delivery will be FOB Origin to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock), Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This acquisition will be unrestricted (small business set-aside does not apply). All proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation with Firm-Fixed Pricing for the quantity of 15 each, as well as pricing for the specified quantity option. NOTE: copeis of the solicitation package will not become available until the solicitation issue date: copies will be made available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS Homepage select "RFP/IFB's" from the top toolbar. Then search by the subject solicitation number. RFP's are in portable documents format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at https://www.adobe.com. This solicitaiton will not be made available through electronic data interchange (EDI). No hard copies of the solicitation are available.
