- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort McCoy, WI is conducting market research in order to determine the availability and capability of companies to provide refuse and recycling services at 5 locations in Wisconsin: WI003- USAR Center, 220 Gould Street, Beaver Dam, WI 53913 WI008- USAR Center, 410 East Leffler St., Dodgeville, WI 53533 WI047- USAR Center, 619 West Wisconsin Ave, Pewaukee, WI 53072 WI050- USAR Center, 1855 Wisconsin St., HWY H, Sturtevant, WI 53177 WI064- USAR Center, 4850 West Silver Springs Dr., Milwaukee, WI 53218 This is a Sources Sought Notification and is for market research purposes only. The purpose of this notification is to locate experienced refuse and recycling services businesses capable of and interested in providing these services at the above locations in Wisconsin. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform refuse and recycling services at 5 locations in Wisconsin. The contractor shall collect all refuse and recycling from contractor supplied dumpsters/containers at the various locations on a weekly basis. Responses to this Sources Sought announcement must be received no later than November 14, 2014 at 12:00 PM noon CST. Responses should be emailed to Eve Day at eve.k.day.civ@mail.mil. Responses should include the following information: 1. Reference Sources Sought Number 2. Size of business and socio-economic status 3. Statement of Capability stating your skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform the specified type of work
