- The FTSS IV MAC has changed RFP numbers to N61340-15-R-0052. Draft documents are currently posted to the new RFP number. It is anticipated that a draft RFP will be released in mid-December 2014. Site visits are anticipated to be held in Jan/Feb. Site visits are to include the following; Lot 1 (Unrestricted)-Whidbey Island, Lemoore, Miramar, Beufort and a Pre-proposal Conference will be held at Oceana. Lot 2 (Set-aside)- A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held in Denver. Any updates will be posted to the new RFP number
