- The hotel shall be able to provide a total of 500 rooms at peak: 300 double-bed rooms and 200 single-King bed rooms (Friday and Saturday). Hotel will provide a check-in no later than 3 p.m. on Friday and a late checkout option on Sunday at 2 p.m. Government will not be responsible for any room incidentals (i.e. room service charges, long distance phone calls movie rental charges, or internet service charges) made by Yellow Ribbon guests. The Government will only pay for rooms actually used. All rooms must be at or below the Government per diem rate
