- Performance Work Statement (PWS) Wage Determination Solicitation FA4809-15-T-0002 FA4809-15-T-0002 Catholic Services Director/Musician Catholic Services Director/Musician will assist the Chapel by promoting and enhancing congregational singing by serving as the trainer and rehearse with all adult volunteer vocalists to develop a corps of cantor, rehearse with all adult volunteer instrumentalists, and conduct choir in preparation for all Catholic Services. All work to be in accordance with the specifications in the Performance Work Statement and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130, and the applicable size standard is $11,000,000.00. Paper copies will not be available. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process.
