- Description
- National Institutes of Health is seeking to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (2) whether they are small businesses; HUBZone small businesses; service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses; 8(a) small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses; or small disadvantaged businesses; and (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334516 with a size standard of 500 employees for the proposed acquisition to provide service and support for an Illumina cbot (serial #600566),Part# (SV-304-1002) and an Illumina HiScan Array Scanner (serial #H11) Plan (SV-103-2002). The basic service will include (includes full coverage for parts, labor and travel; Reagent replacement upon HW failures; 0 PM; Remote Technical Support; 5 business day average on site response; HW/SW updates; On-site application support ;). The period of performance will be for one year with 4 one year option periods for a total of a 5 year maintenance contract if all options are exercised. An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. Any potential offers should respond with their capability statement by November 12, 2014. Capability statements must reference similar work that has been performed by the offer or and the dollar value of that work. Potential offers must indicate business size in their capability statement. This is a market survey, not a request for proposals.
