- This is a notice of intent that the WR-ALC anticipates a Firm Fixed Price contract which will support repair of the Programmable Armament Control System-46 (PACS) Computer Programmer (CP).National Stock Number (NSN): 1270-01-550-2010FX Part Number (P/N) 11241-46. Basic Period consists of a repair BEQ qty of 109; Option Period I consists of a repair BEQ qty of 91; Option Period II consists of a repair BEQ qty of 93; Option Period III consists of a repair BEQ qty of 98; Option Period IV consists of a repair BEQ qty of100. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open Competition. This acquisition is restricted to the following source: Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (Cage: 0CAM5). The supplies or services are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply.
