Description
Good Afternoon, Thank you for your interest in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's (CFPB) Request for Proposals (RFP) CFP-14-R-00003 Design and Implementation of Economic Research. All of the information provided in this letter is also contained within the solicitation document. For full details, please refer to the solicitation document, itself, which controls. I am writing to remind you of a few key facts: • As part of Amendment 0001, CFPB extended the deadline for proposal submission to no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 21, 2014, two weeks from today. Late proposals will not be accepted. • All relevant documents to this RFP can be found here: https://www.fbo.gov/notices/2327e88675dc5b8b1047be8c69ad4839 • In reviewing the documents at the above linked address, you will see that Amendment 0002 contains an amended version of the RFP, which replaced an earlier version of the RFP. See the file labeled "CFP-14-R-00003_Amendment_0002.pdf." As part of Amendment 0002, we also provided helpful guidance in the form of answers to questions submitted by vendors. See the file labeled "Attachment_5_-_Questions_Received_in_ Response_to_RFP." • It is possible that your organization may have a Government Contracts point of contact or a business development manager. If so, we recommend you work closely with them in responding to all the details of the RFP. • It is possible that your organization may have a Cyber Security or Risk Management point of contact to assist with completion of the CFPB Third-Party Service Provider Self-Assessment. If so, please forward the RFP to them as soon as possible. • As you know, the solicitation contains both a Component A and Component B, and vendors may submit proposals for either or both. Please see the full submission instructions and guidance, including but not limited to the price and technical evaluation factors, proposal instructions and lists summarizing the documents required for each proposal package submission. Thank you again for your interest; we look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Matthew Chmielewski
