- Comment Resolution Matrix Draft ACSS RFP Request for Information (RFI) The primary purpose of this RFI and related Industry Day announcement is to seek industry insight and feedback on the USMC requirement.to provide support for MCNOSC organization, which is the Marine Corps' nucleus for enterprise data network services, network support to deploying forces, and technical development of network-enabled Information Technology (IT) solutions and is responsible for enterprise operations and defense of the MCEN. The MCEN provides the USMC with classified and unclassified connectivity to DOD Global Information Grid (GIG) and unclassified access to the global Internet. The MCEN is the USMC's network-of-networks and approved interconnected network segments. It comprises policy, governance, people, processes, logical and physical infrastructure, architecture, topology, and Cyberspace Operations. The Marine Corps Network Operations and Security Center (MCNOSC) is the Marine Corps' nucleus for enterprise data network services, network support to deploying forces, and technical development of network-enabled Information Technology (IT) solutions, and is responsible for enterprise operations and defense of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN). The MCNOSC is also responsible for Command and Control (C2) capabilities for Fleet Marine Forces and garrison forces stationed around the world. The MCEN provides the Marine Corps with connectivity to defend network and mainframe services essential for accomplishing everyday tasks. Interested parties must respond to this RFI by providing the requested company information along with providing any comments/questions on the requirement or the attached Draft RFP M67854-15-R-7301. A blank comment resolution matrix has been included to provide a format for submitting comments and questions. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. The Technical Response to this RFI is limited to thirty (30) pages. We will conduct an Industry Day on 13 November 2014 from approximately 0730 - 1500 in facilities onboard the Marine Corps Base Quantico. The Government will provide further information about the organization and its mission to the participants in the General Session. The Industry Day is open to all interested parties who possess the capabilities and resources to meet the Government's requirements. If interested in participating in the Industry Day, you must RSVP with the intent of attending the Industry Day and identify the personnel attending (please no more than three representatives) no later than 2:00 pm local time, 10 November 2014. The Industry Day will be held at the following location: Camp Upshur Building 26113 Upon successful registration, more detailed information regarding location, parking, etc. will be provided. All documentation should be submitted electronically and provided in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel or in PDF format. Submissions are due no later than 20 November 2014 at 2:00 pm local time. Please submit responses via e-mail to jacqueline.boudreaux@usmc.mil. Please identify your submission by indicating "ACSS RFI Response" in the email subject line. Proprietary information must be clearly marked if included in the submission. To aid the Government in its review, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
