- NSWC-Corona recently purchased an N9030A PXA Signal Analyzer for training ranges. In order to use locked capabilities built into the analyzer, a product activation key must be purchased from the OEM Keysight Technologies, Inc. (formerly Agilent). The government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to OEM Keysight Technologies, Inc This procurement is commercial item IAW FAR Part 13. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries or request for information to graham.m.conlon@navy.mil or by phone at 951-393-5106. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 FOR THIS PROCURMENT ACTION. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, OR SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENTS. THIS NOTICE OF INTEREST IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. NSWC-Corona recently purchased an N9030A PXA Signal Analyzer for the MCAS Yuma training ranges. In order to use locked capabilities built into the analyzer, a product activation key must be purchased from the OEM Keysight Technologies, Inc. (formerly Agilent). •1.0 SPECIFICATIONS: The following Internal Option needs to be activated to enable required capabilities built into the N9030A Signal Analyzer. Item Description Mfr Part Number Internal Option Activation Product activation key N9030A-RT2 •1.1 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: MCAS Yuma training range maintenance personnel require the capability to monitor and analyze RF signals throughout the range complex. The N9030A-RT2 option for the MCAS Yuma N9030A PXA Signal Analyzer will provide the maintenance capability and real-time RF spectrum analysis up to 160 MHz. •2.0 REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE: 15 January 2015 •3.0 SHIPPING ADDRESS: The product activation key may be provided electronically to: NSWC Corona Division 1999 Fourth St Norco, CA 92860
