- PR 1000029693: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed-Priced type contract(s) under FAR 15. The term will be a two-year base with three one-year option periods. The total duration shall not exceed five years. This requirement contains 80 NSNs in FSC 1560 that are source controlled items. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin and FOB is at Origin. This requirement is being solicited as Unrestricted and evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable on an item-by-item basis. Pricing will be provided for each item based upon the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base and option years. The guaranteed minimum will be 25% of the first year's EAD. A full list of the NSNs and EADs will be provided with the solicitation. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date on or around 14 November, 2014 and will close approximately 30 days thereafter. Hard copies will not be available.
