- Notice of Intent to Limited Source. A Request for Quotation will not be prepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, intends to award a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order to Carahsoft Technology, Inc. on a limited source basis to purchase the following items: IOra Geo-Replicator Server to Server File Based-Annual Support and Maintenance. The award consists of a solution for integrated enterprise content replication and file optimization capabilities that includes brand name software which must be compatible and interoperable with existing United States Navy (USN) hardware and technology equipment and has been approved as part of the USN software baseline and Navy Information Application Product Suite and is Information Technology for the 21st Century (IT-21) and Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services certified. This integrated capability must identify and strip duplicative information, maintain electronic records of information removed, compress, replicate, and reassemble original content at the distant end. IORA is the sole source proprietor of this software and has a third-party General Service Administration reseller available. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 8, Required Sources of Supplies and Services with a period of performance of five years. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210 with a size standard of $38.5 million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
