- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY!!! Solicitation W911SA-15-T-0026 will be posted on or about 15 January 2015 on www.fbo.gov. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue solicitation W911SA-15-T-0026 for Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide lodging, conference space, audio visual, and additional support items within eight miles of the Mall of America, 60 E Broadway, Bloomington, MN 55425.
