The Government proposes to acquire, on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 51 each up to 291 each maximum of a Handle Instl, Fries Release; NSN: 1680-00-579-8555; Part Number: 1010373A applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 51 each, 236 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is51 each, 158 DACA with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
