- This is to clarify the response date for questions/comments. All questions/comments are to be submitted to the Government no later than Thursday, 6 Nov 2014, 1700 CST. It is highly encouraged for interested parties to submit questions/comments on the draft documents now. The questions/comments will be consolidated and answers will be posted. The 25 AF/PK at Lackland AFB, TX has a requirement for engineering and technical tasks to include information technology (IT) services in support of the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AFDCGS) weapon system as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 14 October 2014. The request for proposal (RFP) will be made available for download at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 24 Nov 2014. This action is 100% set aside for small businesses in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, Total Small Business Set-Asides. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, with a small business size standard of $14.0M. This will be a multiple award IDIQ contract with a one year base period plus two 12-month options. Work will span across 25th AF organizations and associated units located in the continental United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS). Primary locations of performance are Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE), Virginia; Beale Air Force Base (AFB), California; Joint Base San Antonio Lackland AFB, TX; Fort Gordon, Georgia; Fort Meade, Maryland; Kadena Air Base (AB), Japan; Ramstein AB, Germany; Hickam AFB, Hawaii; Osan AB, Korea; and associated guard and reserve organizations. Award shall be made using Full Trade-Off Source Selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15. Draft copies of the PWS, Sections L&M, and attachments are posted for review and comments. All questions/comments are to be submitted by e-mail to the points of contact listed below. Verbal questions/comments will not be accepted.
