- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to procure six (6) MMA Acoustic Subsystem Receiver (MASR) PN: 22983-512-31 (Ultra Flightline PN: 6449-0500-001) units. on a sole source basis with Flightline Inc of Victor New York. A sole source contract is consistent with the terms identified within this announcement upon the basis of the authority provided in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is not a request for proposals. No phone inquiries will be entertained.
