- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to Bioptigen P.O. Box 13569 Durham, North Carolina 27709 on a sole source basis for Envisu Image-Guided SDOCT Upgrade to R2210 UHR. 20 mm Wide Field-of-View Telecentric lens, Rabbit Lens are included. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for a competitive quote. Any response to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Government and show clear and convincing evidence that another source is capable of meeting the Government's requirements and that competition of the requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no written responses are received at least ten (10) days after the publication of this response, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. The point of contact (POC) for this action is: kevin.e.comegys.civ@mail.mil Minimum Essential Characteristics Must Meet all Specifications Image-Guided upgrade for Bioptigen Spectral-Domain Optical Coherence Tomography (SD OCT) Imaging System Specifications: (1)Must be fully compatible with existing Bioptigen 118110 840 nm SD-OCT imaging system, USAISR ECN # 005722 005747, Bioptigen Serial Number BPN000282 for system, BPN000283 for hand-held probe (2)Installation, including any hardware or software setup of the SD-OCT system, to use this upgrade, must be included (3)Optical bores and other accessories to allow retinal imaging in human, primate, rabbit, mouse and rat eyes, as well as telecentric imaging, must be included. 1ea Special - Envisu Image-Guided SDOCT Upgrade to R2210 UHR Upgrade system to image-guided SDOCT with integrated fundus camera.
