Description

SF 18 Solicitation N00421-14-T-0029 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov All other information is in the attached RFQ including minimum requirements. Interested parties may submit responses/quotes via email to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 4:00pm EST, 11-Nov-2014. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
