- Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ATTACHED REQUIREMENT. **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** **DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION. Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota is seeking sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial Services item proposed in accordance with Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, (PWS), provided in this sources sought synopsis. All interested parties are invited to provide information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners. A DD Form 254 will be required at start of performance for primary and their subcontractors. Also note required security clearance levels identified in table under Para. 3.1.7 of the PWS. Interested parties are requested to submit product specifications that shall include: CONTRACTOR INFORMATION: - Name - Address - Point of Contact (POC) - Product Technical Expert contact information - CAGE Code - Website, if applicable - A description of relevant product equivalency **Responses are due NOT LATER THAN 4:30PM MST, WEDNESDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2014, and shall only be submitted electronically to: KATHLEEN.GREEN@US.AF.MIL.** Primary Government Point of Contact: Kathleen Green. Questions relevant to this notice shall be sent electronically to the above email address. NO PHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. All communication shall be in writing and submitted electronically with reference "432d Admin Support Services" Interested companies are encouraged to provide other solutions that may meet the required specifications and/or functional description. When doing so, information shall follow the guidelines set by this sources sought notice. THIS IS A NOTICE FOR SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUE A PROCUREMENT COMMITMENT BY THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE. NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. RESPONSE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY; NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN REPSONSE TO THIS NOTICE OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS.
