- Solicitaiton number SPE4A6-15-R-0167, SC1000027959, NSN 5995-01-480-6389, Electrical Special Purpose Cable Assembly. Unit of issue is each (EA). Solicitation is an unrestricted procurement using the procedures of other than full and open competition. The sole approved source of supply is Celltron Inc. (CAGE 62765), part number 3219750-1. Non-commerical and not CSI. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. The requested delivery is 96 days. The highest priority weapon system is 5JM and the end item is a Mobile EW Support System, AN/MLQ-36. The guaranteed minimum quantity (base year only) is 36 EA. The estimated annual quantity is 145 EA. The maximum quantity each year is 72 EA. Total maximum contract quantity for all 5 years cannot exceed 360 EA. Performance Information Retrieval System Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) applies. Final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at destination. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clause 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, government arranged transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program-Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). Solicitation will issue on November 15, 2014 with a closing date of December 15, 2015. Reverse auction clauses 52.215-9023 applies. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access website dla.procurexinc.com to see how to participate in an auction.
