- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC-LANT), Special Operations Communications Systems (SOCS) branch with locations in Fayetteville, NC; Tampa, FL, and Charleston, SC is issuing this Market Survey for determining Small Business capabilities and is soliciting information from potential sources to provide services for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems, C5 Exercise Planning and Evaluation, Systems Integration, Operational Systems, Fielding, Training, Certification, Maintenance, Logistics, Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Documentation/Graphics Support, Program Management, Quality Assurance and Life-Cycle sustainment management support of Deployable Tactical SATCOM Systems and networks, Special Operations, Military Information Support Operations (MISO formerly called PSYOP) Equipment, and C5ISR systems for various joint warfighting customers. This work encompasses complete systems life cycle support from development, test, and certification through integration, operator training and fielding, life cycle sustainment, and disposal. The scope of work includes worldwide technical and logistics support for approximately 2500 deployable SATCOM systems and the supporting WAN infrastructure distributed over approximately 90 sites CONUS and OCONUS.
