- 10GWT78_0012_syn This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-10-G-WT78 The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane has a requirement for spares for the Communication, Detection and Coherent Radiation Equipment. The Government intends to procure on a sole-source basis from Raytheon Company, 2501 W. Universtiy Dr., McKinney, TX No formal solicitation will be issued. The procurement will include the following estimated quantities: Description Part Number: Qty: LNA 3151358-0002-SP 1 Pulse Compressor 3261199-0003-SP 3 IF/LO Assembly 3261059-0001-SP 1 Digital Filter 3140352-8 2 Pop-Off Valve 0412732-53 2 +5V Converter 1994200-31 3 -5.2V Converter 1994708-28 2 3.3V Converter 199256-34 3 15V DC/DC Converter 4974794-1 3 The procurement will include an Option for the following estimated quantities: Description: Part Number: Qty: LNA 3151358-0002-SP 1 Pulse Compressor 3261199-0003-SP 1 Exciter RF Assembly 3219636-0002 1 R/P Act Motor 3140369-1-GFM 1 Procurement under the contract will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements through a 5-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-10-G-WT78. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin (by cognizant DCMA or other Govt Representative as specified). Delivery is required within 365 days after effective date of order. The basis for restricting competition is the proprietary rights of Raytheon Company and the duplicative costs to the Government to utilize another source to satisfy the Government's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
