- Att I - Area of Supply Interest & Tech Compliance Att IV - East Div_NE Schedule Pages & Pricing Sheets Request for Proposal (RFP) for Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas in the following states: Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia Att III - Small Business Subcontracting Plan (Formerly DLA Energy 19.3) Att II - Past Performance - Experience with End-Users DLA Energy is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas via firm or firm equivalent and interruptible deliveries with or without supply management to various Department of Defense (DoD) and federal civilian installations in the following states: Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. The performance period will be up to 24-months, beginning April 1, 2015. Resultant contract(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contract(s).
