- Scope - Work includes the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of Forest Service Road Gates on a call-when-needed basis. Location - Gates are located across the Allegheny National Forest in Elk, Forest, McKean, and Warren Counties PA. Price Range - per year estimate is less than $25,000 Performance Period - December 15, 2014 through September 30, 2019 (Base plus 4 one year options) Expect to award one Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum guarantee of $2,500 and a maximum value of $125,000 over the five year life of the contract. Work will occur on an as needed basis with the use of delivery orders. Exact work locations will be specified on each delivery order. In order to submit an offer, contractors must be a small business in NAICS 238990 and have an active registration in www.sam.gov. Obtaining a DUNS number and registering in SAM are free.
