Description

The primary function of the Service Provider (hereafter called "Contractor," will be to provide continuance of all existing voice and data telecommunication service at the current service level for the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, located in Ft. Dodge, Iowa. The current telecommunication used by the VA and its associated offices are Primary Rate Interface (PRI) lines within the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), Single Line Flat Rate Business Telephone Line (1FB), and Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines. The service provider also provides two T-1 lines for data. The current telecommunications carrier for these services is Frontier Communications.
