- ***The RFI response date has been extended to 7 November 2014; however, the Government will accept responses submitted after this date.*** The US Army, Product Directorate, Army Watercraft Systems (PD AWS) is seeking a re-power solution for the Modular Warping Tug (MWT) and Causeway Ferry (CF) class of vessels. The Request for Information (RFI) and all responses to industry related questions are posted on the TACOM home page on the World Wide Web at the following site: https://contracting.tacom.army.mil/majorsys/mwt-cf/MWT-CF.htm Interested parties are responsible to keep themselves informed, so it is important to visit the home page periodically to ensure that you have the most current information. Updated information will be posted to the website as necessary. It is the responsibility of industry to check this website regularly. The Government will not provide notification when the website is updated. Industry is advised that questions submitted may, at the discretion of the Government, result in the clarification, modification, and/or addition of information on this website. All questions will be posted publically with Government feedback. It is the responsibility of Industry, when providing any questions or comments (solicited or unsolicited), to properly mark such information that is considered proprietary or is otherwise restricted. Responses to the RFI are due No Later Than 30 October 2014. Any Request for Proposals will be publicized on the FEDBIZOPPS web site at FBO.GOV Communication with the Government regarding all aspects of the Program is permissible through Allen Sheppard and Matt Kunkel.
