- Purchase Request: 54496282, NSN: 2835-01-288-1642, Part Number: 167446-200. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are UTC AEROSPACE SYTEMS DBA HAMILTON, Cage 55820. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 505 each, CLIN 0001 336 EACH HILL AFB, UT; CLIN 0002 169 EACH Cherry Point, NC. FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination. The required delivery is 300 days ARO. PIPPRs applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). THIS IS A COMMERCIAL ITEM. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is November 10, 2014.
