- Purchase Request number 55453700 will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract from Solicitation SPE4A7-15-R-1213 for NSN 1615-01-131-2673, Nomenclature, CAM ASSY, DROOP STOP in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, DWG 70105-08151 REV H DTD 10JUL09 & AMCOM CAGE: 81996 PROCUREMENT PACKAGE 70105-08151 REV G DTD 14SEP11SS70105-08151 REV A DTD 15NOV06 P/N 70105-08151-045. This requirement has a Contractor First Article/preproduction approval testing requirement. First Article sample size is 1 TE, each. The First Article Test Report delivery is 60 days after receipt of order and the Government review of the Test Report is 30 days. Upon notification of the FAT report acceptance, the awardee would then have 300 days to deliver the remainder of the production quantity. This is an FOB Origin/Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin requirement. The First Article offered must be manufactured at the facilities in which production quantities are procured under the contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue dated cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select Solicitations, RFPs. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation date will be on or about November 15, 2014.
