Description
Draft PWS - 30 Oct 2014 RFI - FAP CONUS Please see attached RFI and Draft PWS. ________________________________________________________ The 773d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), in support of the Office of the Air Force Surgeon General, is conducting a market survey to determine commercial and industry capabilities and practices as well as solicit comments on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This Request for Information (RFI) is in reference to Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Continental United States (CONUS) personal services in support of approximately 57 Military Treatment Facilities (MTF). The purpose of this RFI is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of industry currently in the 8(a) Business Development Program of the U. S. Small Business Administration. This RFI is in reference to an 8(a) competitive requirement set-aside and as such is limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. For this requirement, competition would be offered to 8(a) firms nationwide. Eligibility to participate is available to both 8(a) firms in the developmental and transitional stages. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or intent to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in a future RFP, if one is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities website. It is the responsibility of the potential offeror to monitor www.fbo.gov for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
