- Description
- The contract action procures fleet consulting services for the Table of Equipment (T/E) Development and Training Program. Support is required to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Marine Corps Garrison Mobile Equipment (GME) Fleet Equipment. The assessment covered by this support will focus on fleet efficiencies and will encompass all aspects of the management and operation of approximately 10,000 vehicles from the Fleet Management System (FMS) FleetFocus (FF). The final assessment will provide recommendations in accordance with Marine Corps Order MCO 11240.106B. The support provided will develop detailed short and long-term recommendations for a modified Table of Equipment (T/E) process by Installation. The T/E will provide a set of core equipment that is necessary for operation and support at all USMC Installations. In addition, the support will provide an electronic tool that can identify a specialized set of equipment that is required for operation and support of unique missions at each Installation.
