- PRC2 Cyber Resiliency Requirements Document PRC2 Cyber Resiliency RFI The Personnel Recovery Command and Control (PRC2) Program Office seeks approaches, information and qualifications of contractors in the development of Cyber Resiliency for the Personnel Recovery Command and Control (PRC2) system. The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Operational Command and Control (Ops C2) Division will use this information to help determine if there is existing solutions or ongoing development of Cyber Resiliency capabilities that will enhance PRC2 Cyber capabilities.
