- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-15-Q-0002 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73 dated 29 April 2014.This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 326150, Other Computer Related Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The following is the list of items and descriptions requested under this RFQ: CLIN NumberQTYUnit CLIN 0001 - 10 FOOT BOOMS 30 EA CLIN 0002 DEBRIS SCREENS 30 EA CLIN 0003 SHIPPING 1 LS See Attached Scope of Work FOB Destination (St. Louis Army Corps of Engineers Service Base, Foot of Arsenal Street, St. Louis, MO 63118) The following provisions apply to this RFQ: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. Note: 52.212-3 shall be completed in the offerors System for Award Management (SAM) record. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive a contract award. If you are not registered with SAM, you may contact the SAM Help Desk at 1-866-606-8220 or register on-line at http://www.sam.gov. The following clauses apply to this RFQ and resulting contract: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, DFARS 252.203-7005 - Representation Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials, 252.204-7004 - Alternate A, System for Award Quotes are to be received electronically no later than 1100 hrs Central Time on 29 October 2014.
