- J&A 2015-8 Redacted U.S. Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC) has a statutory mission to less than br greater than conduct independent operational tests for material and equipment prior to full less than br greater than scale production in accordance with 10 U.S. Code Section 2399. This contract less than br greater than provides services in support of USAOTC test mission. The contractor provides less than br greater than all labor, management, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools, less than br greater than not otherwise provided as government furnished property (GFP), to perform less than br greater than the non-personal services required to support the operational test, data less than br greater than collection, and experimentation mission of the USAOTC.
