- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. For technical statement of work and SF1449 Solicitation Form Please see attached documents. In order for a quote to be considered responsive, the Offeror shall submit the following information listed below; 1. Signed Form 1449 2. Signed Amendment (if applicable) 3. Contractor Data Submission Per FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation of COmmercial Items A. Recent Relevant Experience B. Past Performance (3 Examples) C. Delivery Date 4. Offeror Representations and Certifications Per 52.212-3 and www.sam.gov 5. No questions will be accepted starting 5 days prior to the proposal due date.
