- Combination RFQ / Synopsis TFSACFP15CI0002 CISCO SOURCEFIRE Training This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial training prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), is soliciting for a Cisco - Sourcefire Intrusion Protection Systems (IPS) Training Class for one (1) employee, in accordance with the minimum course requirements, included herein. The NAICS Code is 611420, Software Application Training. The size standard is $11M. The Federal Supply Code is U012, ADP Software, Equipment and Telecommunications Training. Competition for this procurement is unrestricted open market for CISCO authorized certification training contractors. The CFPB requires the training course on Sourcefire IPS to take place in Washington DC and certification must be completed by no later than November 14, 2014. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database in order to receive a contract award. The SAM database may be accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov.
